hotmail white screen

I cannot log into my hot mail account because I keep getting a white screen I know that others have had this problem and apparently disabling divx helps unfortunately I don't have it so I can't disable it I have tried cleaning my registry, running an error fixer, tried refreshing the page I can't figure out how to fix it, I have windows 8 does any one have any suggestions
