My hotmail was recently violated. I can no longer get in using my password. I tried to reset the password and that would not work. I got a call from my parents saying they received an email from me telling them that i was stranded in a hote and needed $1500. They of course called me knowing that I would never email them such a thing. Now I can't get in my email even using the questions I answered in my profile. I am assuming that was violated as well. How can I get into my email and retrieve information from there. I had this email address for 5 years. This was my hotmail window live. Can't seem to get hel?
