Hotmail problem

Hello,

For the past 3 days I have not been able to open or delete messages from my hotmail account on my pc. I tried on another computer and it works. I scanned my pc with pcmatic and fixed problems and installed FF but it still does not work. Very frustrating. I followed instructions in How to trubleshoot hotmal problems including bland pages and login redirects to no avail.

Help will be appreciated.

It still does not work from two different web browsers?

Did you try any additional spyware scanners such as MalwareBytes?
