Hotmail messages won't open

Hi guys and pleased to be among you
My friend has a problem with her Hotmail program.
She sees that she has new e-mails, clicking on the link but never opens messages page. Whne opening the page with diferrent page, all messages could be seen but woun't open when clicking any.
