Hotmail font size

I have two hotmail accounts, on one the font size is normal, the one i use the most the fonts are so small i can see them.

Does anyone know how to make them bigger ?

Check the default font size where I circled in this screen shot:



The standard value is 12. Did that help to fix the problem?
