Hotmail does not work right anymore

I can not open or delete any emails in Hotmail anymore ---why is that? I also get a Yellow Highlighted note at the top that says "Can't Connect now Try Later".
This never happened before but now its everytime and Hotmail does not work at all---does anyone else have this problem?
