Hotmail and Safari scroll bar

Hi folks

I am new here and need a hand. My remote colleague is a hotmail user and is struggling to get the scroll bar back in his hotmail pane. Can anyone help?

I have had a good search but seem to have not understood what he has done to drop this.

He is using Safari.

Hi Martin,

The hotmail scroll bar problem should have been fixed in the latest update to the Hotmail systems.

Does changing the font size in the web browser fix the hotmail scroll bar?

If not, please take a look at our troubleshooting hotmail problems guide and let us know if any of those solutions fix the problem.

BTW, has the remote contact tried using IE or Firefox?
