Tried to log in and got the warning that someone else may be using my account, submitted online form to prove it's my account but apparently did not give the info wanted. Re-submitted again with ALL the info requested and MSN still won't let me in. Now the account is locked and the only option I've been given is to resubmit the form yet again. How do I prove it is my account to their satisfaction and get back in? Or, do I have other options? Appreciate any assist with this.

Was the form you completed really from Hotmail?
It wasn't an email that took you to a page asking for your password, right?
