Hotmail accounts are not receiving my emails

We are a small Boutique Hotel and have had clients call that they haven't had a response from me when I have answered. Both have hotmail accounts and the response isn't even in their spam.

Unfortunately there is limited troubleshooting available for outbound email from Hotmail to other email services. This is one of the problems of using a free email services.

Have you considered registering a domain name for your Hotel? In addition to being more professional, you'll get better email support. I recommend LuxSci email hosting for your business email hosting.

BTW, the HIPAA compliance in their hosting options is a feature for other business, you probably don't need that particular feature.

I actually use ixwebhosting it is people that have Hotmail accounts that don't receive my emails

Hi Anidey,

Ask your hosting provider for the outgoing email logs from their service to those Hotmail users. That will start by showing you if they were blocked, or at least accepted by Microsoft servers.
