To Whom This Concerns: I have had my hotmail account for 3 years. I have been unable to get into my hotmail since March 2014. When I tried for the first time to go to my email; an Outlook box appeared and I signed into it. I forgot my password and the phone number that I have registered with the account is a very OLD one and I do not know how to go in and edit the phone number. Can you please help me. I am not very computer smart, so I will have to be explained very 'gently' LOL. I will appreciate any help that you can give. Thank you, madukes6
