hotmail account blocked

I have a problem with my Hotmail account that have been using for the last 14 years, the strange think is that I know my password but the it is telling me something happened please verify and when I went to verifications I was told enter my alternative email which is namsoska@yahoo.com but this one also is blocked and when I wen further with verification am been asked a lot of question regarding my profile that I used to open with email account, remember I have opened this account 14 years ago and I cant remember some of things asked , kindly I need assistance on how to get back my Hotmail account since it has a lot of information for me .
