hotmail account blocked and cant access code

Hi
my hotmail account has been blocked because of spam being received and sent from my account without my knowledge.
Ive been asked to get a code to help me unblock my account but it is being sent to email i cant access or change. My email account is moransanker@hotmail.com
please help
