Help with security question

I need to reset my email password -- I don't have the old one, and the security question is a problem. It asks who my favorite author is -- I must have been forced to use that question, because I never would have chosen it. I am a librarian and avid reader, and have too many favorites to count. Can I somehow reset that question so I can go in and reset my password. My email address is ssharlow@austin.rr.com. I do not have access to my email now, and haven't in the last week!!
