Help is needed with locked e mail!

Hi helpers,
Let me try to explain my situation.

Recently i had to make an email account in order to register for an online game.
When making the account i did not fill in my actual details.

Weeks later i had to login to my email and as i forgot the pass the account is now logged.
Therefore i cannot recover my account my personal credentials as i have no clue what i filled in

What to do?

Try contacting the support for the game and see if they'll manually fix your email address.
