Hacked Hotmail Account

My e-mail account in Hotmail, which I don't use, except sending some e-mails in the beginning, when I made it. I have other mail account in Yahoo, which I use continuosly. It was also hacked through the hotmail account. I have regained access to my Yahoo account, but since I have never used the one in hotmail - I have forgotten the passwords I used once.
This would have been of no matter for me, as I don't use it any more, but now (and my yahoo adress book) continue to receive spam from this account.

Since I can not access my old account, I can not stop it.

Please advice - what to do?
