Earlier this week Google announced their Google Message Continuity product.
What is it? I'd expect most users to be small to medium size businesses that need to make sure their email works but might not have dedicated email support. In the even of a server outage, such as a company Microsoft Exchange server going down, the company can continue to send and receive email through Google / Postini.
I would expect Google to use the continuity service as one more reason to also purchase their regular Google Message Security "mail scrubbing" service based on Postini. Existing message security customers can add the message continuity service for $13/user.
