get back old mail folders

I DO NOT HAVE MY OLD MAIL FOLDERS AND THEY ARE NOT BACKED UP

Welcome to the forum.

I am sorry to report if the old machine where your email folders/PST file was stored has crashed the only way to get folders would be to pull the data from hard drive in old machine. Is that possible? If so I can then tell you what to pull and how to correct.
