According to this source it is becoming more important to monitor which From: names are successfully delivering to the inbox for you, especially when sending to Yahoo Mail accounts.

The Sender name is so easily changeable that's kind of strange. I'm guessing I should setup a separate address for correspondence from my vB boards instead of the standard webmaster.
