My server needed me to download all of my email from one of my accounts because I was taking up too much space on his server (almost a GB) so I thought I had it all downloaded and my whole inbox and all folders disappeared. He restored it all today and now I need to have it all downloaded to my PC and he sent me a set of instructions, but I am wary of doing this myself. Please help.
