Are you trying to login to your old sbcglobal.net account or a new Verizon email address?

Please note that support for the sbcglobal address ends after a couple months. You can use it but won't have support anymore.
I recommend setting up a more permanent email address (free, or register your own domain name) and forwarding the old email address to the new account to avoid problems someday.
