LinkedIn has a new app called Intro. It has some features such as adding your LinkedIn profile information to your email. If you use the app your outgoing email will be sent through the LinkedIn mail servers. I get it, if you want the features you have to give them access to your data. It's just something the privacy conscious should keep in mind before installing the app. There are some articles out there that seem to be posting an overreaction.
