Exporting an email distribution from Excel

Hey guys i have an email distribution in excel and am trying to export it to my email marketing software but its giving an error. The error is saying that one of the emails is invalid. what could be the problem?

Check the email addresses for the following problems:

• Leading and trailing spaces
• Spaces (including real name instead of email address)
• Missing @ character
• Illegal special characters
