I perfectly use with my smartphone , but with my Laptop impossible to get out of home .. I cannot send any messages.

Error like "554 5.7.1 Access denied" usually mean that you have been blocked for spamming, that your IP address is on a blacklist, or that mail the server you use for relaying has a poor email reputation.

I recommend checking all of the IP addresses and both of these links:
