BTW, yes, it's a promotion. After some time and some posts members will be promoted and at different stages can start posting links, putting links in signatures, uploading avatars, etc.

I'm starting this forum far stricter than previous forums to weed out the spammers and people just posting to get links.

If they want links, they're going to have to earn them.
