Emails not showing in sub-folders

    I have a user that is having trouble accessing some of her emails. While viewing in both Outlook and OWA, the user has sub folders in her Inbox which are showing up as empty despite there being emails in them. Some folders show X amount of items in the lower left hand of Outlook, but the emails do not display in the boxes to the right.

    Hi Redgie,

    Try having the user turn off cached exchange mode in Outlook.

    After connecting to their account, the email in those folders should appear in OWA.
