Email tracking and reports

I need a way to track who in my organization has read my emails, when they read them and possible how long they had them open. I do not want read receipts as we have hundreds of employees and I don't want to keep track. I would love to have a dashboard/report where I can see all of this information in one place.
We all have outlook and this would be internal only all on the same server and all with Microsoft Office 2010.
Any suggestions of an add-on or program that would be effective for this?
