Email Recipient Limits

I have an email destined for 358 recipients and using Cox ISP. The text is well within Cox size limitations (10 GB), however Cox rejected the initial email. Is there a limit on the number of email recipients. I tried resending it as a zip file with same results and have confirmed emails are valid. Suggestions?

I doubt that Cox allows you to send a 10 GB message; 10 GB is probably the max size your entire mailbox is allowed to be.

What does the rejection message you get say?

Many mail servers limit the number of recipients in a single message. One of the services I have an account with sets a 100-recipient per messages limit.
