Hi,

I hope you can help me.
I am trying to find out if I received a email from someone - how can I check if it was edited before it was sent to me.

I do not have any emails related to that trail

Is there a way to check if email , time and date has been edited before being forwarded on?

Can the person receiving the email retrieve the original content.

Hi Teji,

Yes, it is possible for the forwarder to edit an email before forwarding, and unfortunately there is no way to know for sure as an end user if the original email was edited before it was forwarded to you. You can try asking the source for an original, but there is no guarantee with email that their new information for you will really be the original either.
