Hi guys,

I recently set up an email address for a client from Webs.com. I sent a few test emails from the account and for some reason it works when sending them to my Hotmail address, but not to the address from my personal website.

This is the error message I receive:

**----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<info@olicorse.com>
***(reason: 550-"JunkMail rejected - imta-35.everyone.net (imta-38.everyone.net))

Any idea why this is? I asked the support people at Webs.com and they said it was an issue with my ISP and that I should talk to them, but my client has also logged in and tried sending a message from a different IP address and is having the same problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Oli

Hi Oli,

I think that might be a false+ user unknown error due to the RBL check.

The owners of 216.200.145.35 should go here and request delisting after they fix the problem that caused the listing at spamcop :

SpamCop.net - checkblock

216.200.145.35 is a mail server that belongs to everyone.net.

;; ANSWER SECTION:
35.145.200.216.in-addr.arpa. 1D IN PTR imta-35.everyone.net.

Everyone.Net MFN-B149-216-200-145-0-26 (NET-216-200-145-0-1) 216.200.145.0 - 216.200.145.63

A good place to start is to forward all of the information in this discussion to abuse@everyone.net

Thank you Popwich, that's very helpful.

I have sent this to the email address you recommended and will await their response.

I really appreciate your advice.

I am suffering from the same problem that you are, olicorse. I have a webs account and have just recently been getting the same returned emails that you are, with almost all information the same. Did you end up hearing anything from the Webs administrators?
