email bounce back

I have a gmail account and my issue is some emails bounce back to me. The message reads
"Message not delivered There was a problem delivering your message" The other message says "

The response from the remote server was:
554 5.7.1 Message rejected due to possible spam content

Is there away to fix this is my question?

Are you using the Gmail servers or a 3rd party to send the email as your Gmail address?

Does the email have any links or attachments in it? Try removing those, maybe one of them is being detected as a problem.
