I use virginmedia IMAP email and would like to have an auto reply set up to reply to emails only with a 'certain word or phrase' in the subject line.
I can do this with the PC switched on using OUTLOOK and this works fine, however I need it to work while the PC is switched off at weekends and evenings.
I have also tried the virginmedia 'webmail' service which allows me to 'OUT OF OFFICE' reply to ALL emails but I do not want it replying to SPAM / JUNK / PHISHING emails etc.
Are there any ways I can do this please?
I have heard of Microsoft Exchange but my email accounts are all Virginmedia IMAP accounts. Im not sure what to do but desperately need help.
