Hi,

Is there a software that can check if the email has an attached file without password protection.
Like for example you are the boss and would like to track your employee sending email with attached file and has forgotten to password protect it, and email generated message will inform your that the his employee is sending an attachment without password.

Yes, it is possible, but depends on the mail servers being used.

If the company is running Microsoft Exchange there may be archival options the boss can review that are already available on the servers.

An alternative to hosting their own mail server is to try the smtp relay and email archiving service from LuxSci. It has a search feature too.
