email attachment problems

When attempting to open attachments popup appears at bottom lefthand of screen '' waiting for 212.82.111.219 '' I wait but nothing happens
When trying to add atachment to email I get the message '' (photo or text) an error occurred while uploading''
These problems have only occurred very recently and the only change I have made is to go to BT Infinity I am using google chrome as my server

Which email program do you use? If you use more than one have you tried forwarding to the other to see if that would work?
