Email Apnea

I heard what I thought was a joke about it on the radio last night.

The radio claimed 4/5 people stop breathing normally while typing email.

A Google search shows information on email apnea going back to at least 2009.

Typing email and texting change breathing patterns. Some people hold their breath if it's a stressful topic.

I know I've got some sort of mild apnea in general and I also notice it a little when typing (email, forum posts, etc.). Well, at least I'm not in the minority.

Btw, if you don't post this over at EMD, too, I will (giving the appropriate credit). Too good a find not to mention it.
