Edit a sent message for another adressee

In Hotmail, how can I edit the text of a message I have sent that 's in my "sent" folder, and then send it to somebody else please?

I don't have Hotmail, but you should be able to go to your sent folder, click on the message you want to edit and send, and click on "forward." When the compose screen comes up with that message already in the text box, you can edit the title (remove the "fwd" part) and anything you want in the message body.
