Can not receive or send e-mails. The following error message keeps popping up:

E-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name ans password in your account properties under tools, click e-mail accounts.
When I go to tools, there is no "account properties" listed. How can I fix this? I have nor received any e-mails in three days and I have six messages in my "send" file that I can not send out.
