Deleted hotmail account

hi all,

just wondering if you can help me,

basically i was updating my xbox live account which all went ok, then i tried updating my email with the new microsoft account?? if that sounds correct,

somewere around here is were my account was deleted, i now can not log into my account as it says it doesnt exist?

i dont know were to go from here other than open another email?

the other problem is i now cannot log into certain things,
