Completly locked out of account

After fumbling around trying to remember my password, I got into my account only to find that its been blocked for too many failed attempts. So I reset the password using "I know my password but cannot access my account", the password reset successfully but it didnt unblock my account no matter how many times I did it. So then I tried using the "I do not know my password", but the account doesnt have enough information (So far its only received emails, not sent them, does not have any custom folders, and has no billing information). This ended up with me getting the "final request" telling me to just make a new account, but I absolutely cannot do that because I used this account to apply to several jobs and need any updates I get on the applications will be coming through here.
