I'm on a Mac OSX using Entourage. My email has two graphic in the salutation each 59kb in size. My client says it takes over 1 min. to open other friends I have tested sending to says 1 sec. I use Comcast my client is also on a Mac. What could the problem be. If I delete the tiny graphics my client says it's ok.
