I'm afraid you're going to have to supply a bit more information here. What is your email provider (Gmail ? Yahoo ? Hotmail ? FastMail ? Etc.) Also, do you use the web interface with your provider or do you use a desktop email client (like Outlook or Thunderbird) ? And depending on who your provider is there are A LOT of settings that could be changed, so what settings do you specifically want to change ?
