I am trying to customize my free/busy on my outlook calendar so other users can see where I am located. For instance, my job currently just opened a new building. I would like to show other user who are viewing my calendar that I am free, but in another building. It would be great if I could customize my calendar to say free, but in another building. I know there are permissions you can create that allows people to see the meeting, the time, and location, yet I rather not have that. I rather just have viewer see only the location I am at. Is that possible?
Also, is there a function that would make the color I put certain meetings in show up on other users calendars who don't have access to my calendar? Again, still just seeing free or busy, but can also see a different meeting color for particular ones.
