Change all personal information

    Hi - I set up a Hotmail account for a charity organisation. I have now left that organisation but the Hotmail account is still in use. Recently the account froze. Because my personal information was entered (email account, name, date of birth, etc), the charity relied on me to receive messages regarding a new Code for the account.

    How do I remove all my personal information from the Hotmail account so a new officer can add his? We do not want to discontinue using the account. It contains many valuable email messages.

    I did follow one Forum answer but it did not explain how to remove my email address, mobile.
