Cell Phone Reception

I;ve had my Verizon cell phone for about a week. Everything was fine until today 10/15. I have no bars in my reception. Sometimes it goes to one bar and then none. My phone is charged. I have changed locations and still no reception What is happening?

Do you have a case that is interfering with the reception?

Are you using 3G/4G or wireless?

Does it work if you go outside? Tall building and other structures can interfere with signal strength.
