Hello, two days ago, my hotmail account notified me I was blocked because my account had been used to send out spam mail. I added a phone to receive the text because I didn't have the old phone number. I recieved a code, entered it and had access to my account. Today, it's telling me it's blocked again and states it will send me a code to an old email address I no longer have or have the password for. How can I unblocked my email. Can I get a telephone number? I'm waiting for job interview notifications.
