Tried to restart the computer still not working.

Did you recently make any changes or install a new program on your computer?

Can you get to other web sites? If you can't get any web sites maybe your ISP's DNS servers are having a problem. If that's the case try skipping down to number 12 in this guide :

If you can get to other web sites try running through the steps in order.
