Can't send or receive email


New Email
A few days ago I changed my email password at (my primary email account). Since that time I've been unable to receive or send email. I changed the password in my account as well, but still am unable to access my comcast email. Help!?

Are your Comcast and accounts connected?

What email program do you use to send and receive your Comcast email?

Also, why did you change your password?

If you received an email notification asking you to verify your accounts you may have been tricked by a phishing scam and you should immediately call Comcast to regain access to your email account.
