Can't send emails

Hi there,
Up until a couple of days ago my hotmail.com was working perfect, then all of a sudden i can't send any emails out at all. I've double checked that i've spelt addresses ok. I just get a message back from postmaster saying failed to send.
I go through Outlook.com Can anyone help me pls?

Can you copy and paste the complete bounce message into a reply?

It sounds like you're trying to use your ISP or 3rd party smtp server instead of using the Hotmail/Outlook web site for sending email?

I hope i don't sound too stupid when i ask you what is 'bounce'? I've not heard this expression before. How do i fix it so i'm using my Hotmail/Outlok site?

A bounce message is the complete error message you received back From: mailer-daemon.
