can't open links fron email

Hi, I'm using IE 11 and have outlook email account.
I can access my account and open emails BUT cannot open any link from open email. No error message appears - just get a new tab "blank page".
Same happens with my wife's account.
Would appreciate any help

Have you tried right-clicking the attachment link and using 'save as' or 'save link as' ?
Also, have you tried to download the attachments using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox?

Thanks seedy for reply. Have in fact successfully used google chrome and things work fine. Apparently IE 11 messes up outlook.

Which is ironic considering ownership. Same here in the past though, glad you got it working.
