This may be similar to what some others have asked.
I have an old cell phone, a simpler one (Samsung SCH-a930) with simple e-mailing capabilities. I have used it in the past, but have forgotten my password. I click on Verizon.com(my provider), and the page comes up telling me to enter everything. I use the pad to type my e-mail address and what I keep thinking is my password (isn't it the same as the one you use on your computer to get e-mail that way?). It is never valid.
I can't seem to find, in Verizon Wireless.com, any options for changing an e-mail password on a cell phone, and my calls to them have resulted in a run-around. Can anyone advise me on how to do this simple thing?
