Cannot post email, nor reply to one

I can receive e-mails fine, but over the last three weeks or so, EVERYTIME I try to SEND an email, Internet explorer stops working......
EVERYTIME, I try to reply to an email sent to me, Internet exlorer stops working?......Question is, How do I fix this problem

I'd start by uninstalling any tool bars from your Internet Explorer, running some anti virus and spyware scans, making sure that all your software is up to date, and see if the problem is also affecting other web browsers such as Firefox & Chrome.
